Meet the Maker

Hi! 

I'm so glad you're here! My name's Shalena, and I own Sheesh Crafty. I live in a quiet mountain town in sunny California surrounded by beautful Oak trees.

Sheesh is one of those childhood nicknames that is used so much and so often that it becomes a piece of you. All my favorite people call me Sheesh (besides the ones who call me Mom!) It just made sense to incorporate it into the name that would represent what I love to do most: create. The word play was an added bonus.

I learned to crochet when I was 15 and it has been a major love of mine ever since! I also enjoy wire wrapping crystals, creating macrame pieces, making jewlery, and creating fun accessories for your car! I handcraft everything you see here, while sourcing as many of my materials as possible from other small businesses.
